As a clinician, the most noteworthy features to me would be summaries, ambient documentation, and treatment plans. I'm able to quickly and easily understand a client's background history, document session notes, and generate those treatment plans, which are often very time consuming for me.
As a supervisor, the note auditing feature would be the most noteworthy. I'm able to ensure compliant documentation and use this as a training tool to upskill my clinical team.
As an organization, the capability of having built-in easy revenue cycle management reduces my overall administrative work.
