We are so pleased to announce our new premier partnership with AHRC New York City, a family governed organization committed to helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) build full lives. AHRC will lead the way for the design and development of EHR features and functionality for both New York and National IDD providers.
This partnership is critical to the IDD provider population as EHRs with this type of designated functionality have historically been limited and not standardized. Our Cx360 EHR will provide a centralized, person-centered source for health, clinical and service information for IDD care delivery.

Additional considerations that led to AHRC New York City’s partnership with Core Solutions included company relationships and reputation, platform flexibility and price. AHRC New York City was awarded a BIP Transformation Grant by New York State OPWDD that made the EHR selection process possible.
“From very early on we were impressed with Core’s sincere interest in people with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as their evolution in the development of a second generation EHR,” said Lind. “Core is a forward-thinking company with a keen awareness of the direction in which technology is rapidly moving, which was evident in their willingness to partner with usto create a solution that does not currently exist. Their focus on the customer, customer needs and customer service was very evident and important to our decision.”
