Core Solutions' Michael Lardieri Appointed Mentor for NJMHI

Core Solutions is pleased to announce that Michael R. Lardieri, LCSW, Senior Vice President of Strategy for the company, has been selected as a mentor for the New Jersey Mental Health Institute (NJMHI) Leadership Academy for Behavioral Healthcare Professionals.

The NJMHI program is designed for aspiring leaders in the mental health, substance use disorder (SUD), and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) fields. It's intended to help participating mentees build the management skills needed by these behavioral health organizations and fields as well as establish a foundation for mentees to advance in their careers and succeed in future leadership positions.

As a mentor, Mr. Lardieri will provide behavioral health training to two mentees over the coming year.

"This program helps address our current workforce crisis by encouraging staff to continue working in the behavioral health system and in positions that will enable them to further strengthen agencies and the entire workforce while continuing their advancement in these fields," Lardieri says. "I look forward to sharing my experience in behavioral health with a focus on helping improve staff retention, which will reinforce behavioral health organizations' long-term viability and improve their quality and consistency of services."
