King of Prussia, PA – February 24, 2020 – Core Solutions, Inc. (Core), a trusted electronic health records vendor for the behavioral health and human services industry, announced recently that The ARC Mid-Hudson, a private, not-for-profit Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) agency founded by families in Ulster, Greene and Putnam Counties in New York, has selected Core’s Cx360 Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solution.
The ARC Mid-Hudson team executed a year-long search for an EHR vendor that understood the complexities and needs of providers in the Managed Care IDD landscape in New York. After meeting with several prospective EHR vendors on the criteria of reputation, company relationships, price, platform flexibility and product features, Core was selected for its ability to meet the needs of The ARC Mid-Hudson and its community.
“Throughout the process, we understood that we needed a fully integrated, all-inclusive Electronic Health Record that could handle all of our clinical and billing requirements. Cx360 provided a good balance between out-of-the-box functionality for our New York requirements, as well as the ability to configure the system to meet our particular agency needs,” said Dan Rinaldi, Associate Executive Director of Finance for The ARC of Mid-Hudson.
“Once we met the Core Team, it was clear that they were invested in being our Partner in this project,” said Rinaldi. “The Core team truly understands our business and we knew this was the right decision.”
Core’s Cx360 New York IDD Community Edition is pre-built with the forms, reports, workflows and outcomes designed to meet the New York Offices of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) requirements. Cx360 is designed to provide complex care communities with technology solutions needed to navigate the changing regulatory landscape and achieve desired outcomes around whole-person care. Cx360 will allow The ARC of Mid-Hudson to meet their current technology needs as well as meet the needs of the forthcoming changes to Managed Care for IDD in New York.
“We are excited to partner with The ARC Mid-Hudson to continue to provide EHR solutions to the New York Market. We have made significant investments and commitments to NY IDD Providers over the past several years, and are very much looking forward to including The ARC Mid-Hudson in our growing provider network,” said Ravi Ganesan, President and CEO of Core. “Undergoing a project of this scope can be a daunting task for any organization, however, we feel strongly that the support from the leadership team, along with the skills and talents of the EHR Project Team at The ARC Mid-Hudson will all contribute to the success of this project and will help The ARC Mid-Hudson in furthering their mission to empower people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities to achieve and experience the highest quality of life. ”
